Tan2U has adopted a set of information management guidelines to protect our customers' privacy. These guidelines are subject to change at any time and any such changes will be posted on this page.

1. What information does Tan2U gather about you?

Tan2U may sometimes require that customers and affiliates supply a small amount of personal information, including e-mail address and phone number, prior to using some portions of the site and to make an appointment. On occasion, Tan2U may also collect additional personal information from customers in optional contests or survey forms. 2. What does Tan2U do with the information it gathers?

Tan2U may perform statistical analyses of online customer behavior in order to measure relative consumer interest in the various areas of our site and to inform advertisers as to how many customers have seen their advertising banners. In performance of these statistical analyses, we will disclose information to third-parties only in aggregate form. Personal information on individual customers will not be provided to any third-party, except when requested by authorized law enforcement personnel in conjunction with an ongoing investigation.

Using the e-mail addresses provided by our customers, Tan2U may periodically send promotional e-mails about new products, services or promotions offered by Tan2U and its advertisers. A customer can indicate (by responding to the e-mail) that he or she does not wish to receive further e-mails of this nature from Tan2U or its advertisers.

3. With whom does Tan2U share the information it gathers?

Tan2U shares only the information it gathers in aggregate form with advertisers and other partners. We do not sell or share e-mail address or other personal information with third-parties or advertisers. We may however supply customer information to authorized law enforcement personnel in conjunction with an ongoing investigation

Upon request, Tan2U will remove any customer (and his or her personal information) from our database, or allow any customer to "opt-out" of further contact (while still allowing access to the site) or change/correct personal information that the customer believes is erroneous. 4. Does Tan2U use cookies?

Tan2U may use cookies to gather information such as browser type and operating system, to track the number of visitors to our site, and to understand how visitors use our site. Cookies may also be used to customize the site for our customers. Personal information is not collected via cookies. If you previously provided personally identifiable information however, cookies may be tied to such information. Information gathered using cookies may be shared with third-parties only in aggregate form.
